One Mediation

For mediation, One Mediation has implemented the following policies regarding payments of fees and
cancellation of mediations. These policies are subject to change or modification.

Obligation for Payment and Deposit. For mediations, One Mediation contracts with the parties’ legal
counsel for payment of all fees with respect to their clients. Payment for services rendered is due within
thirty (30) days of receipt of the One Mediation invoice.

Where a mediating party is not represented by legal counsel, the unrepresented party(ies) is required to
provide a deposit of at least $400.00 to reserve a half-day of mediation in order to retain the selected
mediator and to confirm the mediation time. This deposit may be paid online by credit or debit card.

Mediator’s Fees: The Mediator’s fees will be billed according to the following terms:

Mediators charge an hourly fee for their preparation, in-person mediation time, follow-up, and any drafting
time. Travel time will be billed at one-half of the mediator’s normal hourly rate if the mediation location is
more than fifty-miles from One Mediation’s office, but may be waived at the discretion of the mediator.
Actual travel expenses reasonably incurred by the Mediator will be billed at cost, to include mileage.

Mediators may set a per diem rate in advance of mediation, where applicable.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Fee(s): One Mediation will charge the cancelling party a cancellation
fee that equals two times the hourly rate of the scheduled mediator if the cancellation occurs within
seventy-two hours of the scheduled mediation time. If the matter is rescheduled 48-hours before the
cancelled appointment time, the cancellation fee may be waived by One Mediation or reduced to the hourly
rate of the scheduled mediator divided equally amongst all parties and the mediation proceeds.

Minimum Fees: Some One Mediation mediators charge a minimum mediation fee of two hours,
irrespective of the actual duration of the mediation session.

Administrative Fee: An Administrative Fee will be charged on a per case basis (regardless of number of
parties). The Administrative Fee typically is $70.00 and is divided equally between all parties.

Finance Charge: A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be incurred on balances due over sixty (60)
days.
