Duane Sevillian worked for several major insurance companies as a VP of claims and legal for over two decades. His understanding of insurance and law
serves clients well as they negotiate resolution of litigation and related claims.

Mr. Sevillian has been a BBB arbitrator for over ten years, handling over five hundred consumer disputes, including construction defects. In the litigation
arena, he has handled coverage matters, as well as aviation, transportation, and EPA issues (including underground storage tank and off-shore spills).

Mr. Sevillian is also a FINRA mediator who handles claims in the securities arena. His negotiation experience serves him well in driving deals in difficult
scenarios, including employment, personal injury, and workers compensation matters.

Mr. Sevillian is a registered neutral with the State of Georgia and is a panelist in One Mediation's Separation Program and Divorce Program. His decades of
deal-making and being a parent serves couples well for getting to a mutually agreeable future that reflects the parent's values.
