Andy spent over 25 years as owner and operator of Players World, a chain of retail stores in the southeast specializing in golf and other sports related
products. He was a also Board Chairman with Harmon Stores, a chain of health and beauty stores in the northeastern US and was brought into this position to
informally mediate existing board members and shareholders embroiled in dispute. He was also part of a committee that assisted in facilitating the sale of
Harmon Stores to Bed Bath and Beyond bringing this ongoing conflict to a successful conclusion. Currently Bed, Bath operates over 250 Harmon locations.

His initial experience in mediation was for the Cobb County Magistrate Court. Andy was chosen as 1 of 3 full time mediators for this program, out of 100+
applicants and currently serves on the roster for the Fulton County ADR Program handling Domestic mediation cases for the Superior Court of Fulton
County.

As a contributing author on mediation and trained mediator and arbitrator, Andy is familiar with the aspects of divorce from both a personal and
professional perspective. He is experienced in both business and divorce cases, and has an understanding of cases with and without attorneys. He is founder
of Flink Consulting, LLC, a full service organization specializing in business and domestic mediation, arbitration and consulting.

At One Mediation, Andy serves as a mediator, arbitrator and coach who specializes in divorce and separation matters, as well as in matters that require
specific expertise related to family-owned businesses. He is registered with the State of Georgia as a Civil and Domestic mediator and arbitrator.
